We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Hansford Flowers ensures only the freshest and highest quality flowers selected from a variety of flower markets and local growers. Hansford Flowers only sell premium grade flowers, which are the highest quality product available.

The most crucial period for flowers is in the first 24 hours, affecting the longevity of your flowers as they absorb half the water they require to survive during this time. This is why we send most of our designs out in water.

At Hansford Flowers we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and services. However, it is important to remember that flowers are a perishable product and that they will react to their immediate environment. Unfortunately, once we dispatch our flowers a number of changes in conditions may result in their longevity being reduced. Environmental factors such as air conditioning, extreme heat or changes in climate may have an adverse effect on the flowers. For this reason, and considering all the possible variables, it is difficult for Hansford Flowers to guarantee blooms every time. In these rare instances, Hansford Flowers must be contacted within 48 hours of delivery to assess the situation. All our arrangements, bouquets and gift items are photographed before dispatch. 

Regretfully, we cannot arrange a replacement of fresh flowers to you if the original flowers are disposed of, thereby making them unavailable for our florists to assess the cause of the problem.

Non-refundable / Case-by-case
We cannot offer refunds for all Flowers and Plants and will be determined on a case-by-case basis.  
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
