You can place an order directly on our website, over the phone, or by visiting our store in person. Just select your preferred arrangement, provide delivery details, and complete the payment.

Yes, however not recommended. Sometimes our delivery drivers may need to contact you for instructions if the recipient isn't answering or not home.

If the recipient isn't home, we’ll follow any specific instructions provided (e.g., leave with a neighbour, at the front door). If no instructions are given, we’ll contact you or the recipient for instructions. If we can't get in contact with you or the recipient we will take them back to the shop and email you.

You can cancel or modify your order up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Please contact us as soon as possible to make any changes.

Our selection varies depending on the time of year and availability. We like to provide our customers with unique & premium quality flowers that you won't find at your typical supermarkets.

Different flowers have different meanings. For example, roses are often associated with love, while lilies symbolize purity. If you’re unsure, our qualified florists can help you choose the perfect arrangement for any occasion.

Fresh flowers generally last between 5 to 7 days, depending on the type of flower and how well they are cared for. Some flowers, like carnations and chrysanthemums, can last even longer. We have had many customers tell us that their flowers lasted a whole 2 weeks!

To prolong the life of your flowers, trim the stems at an angle, change the water daily, and keep them in a cool place away from direct sunlight, heat sources, or drafts.
