BEHIND THE FLOWERS
I wish I could say our journey into floristry started like most others—growing up surrounded by flowers, playing in the garden as a kid, or always dreaming of becoming a florist. But our story is far from that.
Hansford Flowers isn’t just a flower shop—it’s a story of love, loss, and resilience.
Founded by Annette Jovanovic, our journey began from the deepest grief. In 2019, Annette lost her sister Ivona to a senseless act of violence. In the aftermath, flowers became her quiet way of coping—small gestures of love brought to a gravesite, became a path towards healing.
