We are open Monday to Friday 9am - 7pm and Weekends 10am - 7pm

What areas do you service?
We deliver to all suburbs within the Gold Coast. Refer to Where we deliver to see delivery suburb list and costs.

Can I order through the website but pick up in store?
Yes, you can select a date and time during the checkout process. Pick up is free.

Can I choose a delivery time?
No, we can only guarantee delivery times for special events, funerals and weddings. Online orders will be delivered during business hours. If we are delivering to a Business please provide us with their business hours.

Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, we offer same-day local delivery on orders placed before 3pm.

What happens if no one is home?
We will contact the recipient first if no one is home. If we are unable to get in touch with the recipient we will contact you for instructions. We will only leave flowers in a safe secure location.

Will my order look exactly like the photos on the website?
Please consider our photos as a guide only. Hansford Flowers strive to support local Australian growers. As a result, the specific assortment of flowers may vary from week to week, influenced by the changing seasons and availability. While we try to replicate the items displayed on our website, there may be occasions when we need to substitute colours or varieties. Nevertheless, rest assured that we always guarantee a delivery of something equally exquisite and captivating.

Can I pick up my order after hours?
Yes, we offer pick up by appointment, you must call us to schedule an exact pick up time between 5pm - 7pm. Your order must be paid for prior to picking up.
