If the recipient isn't home, we’ll follow any specific instructions provided (e.g., leave with a neighbour, at the front door). If no instructions are given, we’ll contact you or the recipient for instructions. If we can't get in contact with you or the recipient we will take them back to the shop and email you.
You can cancel or modify your order up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Please contact us as soon as possible to make any changes.

Our selection varies depending on the time of year and availability. We like to provide our customers with unique & premium quality flowers that you won't find at your typical supermarkets.

Fresh flowers generally last between 5 to 7 days, depending on the type of flower and how well they are cared for. Some flowers, like carnations and chrysanthemums, can last even longer. We have had many customers tell us that their flowers lasted a whole 2 weeks!
